If you're not perfect, then Temple Baptist Church is for you. We are people who have realized that God loves people right where they are -- but He also refuses to leave them where He finds them!
We are convinced that God speaks to us through the Bible truthfully, powerfully, and completely. God has been working through human history to bring about the redemption we need from the mess our lack of trust in Him has made. At the right time, God sent Jesus, His one and only Son, into the world to live as one of us and to die in our place. Jesus didn't stay dead! His victory over death is our promise that those who trust in Jesus as Lord are set free from the power of sin!
So, we are all works in progress. God isn't done with us yet. If you are open to experience how God can impact your life, and if you realize you're still a "fixer-upper," we welcome you to come and join us.
